All persons attending the Big River Regional Street Rod Nationals 2012 are reminded that motor vehicles are dangerous and accidents can happen. Care is taken to protect persons attending the event, however all should be aware that there is always the potential of an accident occurring, which may cause injury, death or property damage.
By entering or attending the Big River Regional Street Rod Nationals 2012, all persons acknowledge that entry to the venue has a degree of danger and the promoter, sponsors, clubs and corporations, will not accept responsibility for any claims that may arise from incidents occurring during the period of the event.
